Our safety policy is written to comply with as/nzs 4801 and the Australian abrasive blasting code of practice (2013) and covers all aspects of our service including maintenance and pre-start checks.
Vacit adheres to a strict environmental policy written to comply with as/nzs 14001. We seek to minimise our impact on the environment and also help our customers decrease their environmental impact.
Our environmental management system is continually reviewed and improved to continually minimise our environmental footprint.

To achieve this a system has been implemented in accordance with AS/NZS ISO9001
All Vacit employees are highly trained and competent in performing all duties. We have employee development systems in place to continually improve our employee’s skill and knowledge.
All employees adhere to our strict fit for work policy and are subject to random drug and alcohol screen regularly.
All employees have construction industry white cards, current first aid certificates and full ppe.
Vacit has the following insurance with certificates of currency available on request
Maintenance is of upmost importance to Vacit. Breakdowns are time lost and customers let down.
Our equipment is maintained under the nationally accredited heavy vehicle maintenance scheme.
